Rewards View

The Rewards View in the FRY Rewards app allows you to manage and add new rewards. Each reward includes a Name, a reward value, a NFC scan button to associate the reward with an NFC card, and an icon that can be chosen from a pick list.

Adding a New Reward

  1. Open the FRY Rewards app.
  2. Navigate to the "Rewards View" by tapping on the "Rewards" tab in the app's navigation menu.
  3. To add a new reward, tap the "Add Reward" button located at the top right corner of the Rewards View (plus sign icon).
  4. Fill in the required information for the reward: Name, reward value, and select an icon from the available pick list.
  5. To associate the reward with an NFC card, tap the "Scan Reward Tag" button and hold the card near the device's NFC sensor.
  6. Once all details are filled and the NFC card is scanned, tap the "Save" button to add the new reward.

Achievements View

The Achievements View in the FRY Rewards app allows you to manage and add new achievements. Each achievement includes a Name, a reward value, a NFC scan button to associate the achievement with an NFC card, and an icon that can be chosen from a pick list.

Adding a New Achievement

  1. Open the FRY Rewards app.
  2. Navigate to the "Achievements View" by tapping on the "Achievements" tab in the app's navigation menu.
  3. To add a new achievement, tap the "Add Achievement" button located at the top right corner of the Achievements View (plus sign icon).
  4. Fill in the required information for the achievement: Name, reward value, and select an icon from the available pick list.
  5. To associate the achievement with an NFC card, tap the "Scan Achievement" button and hold the card near the device's NFC sensor.
  6. Once all details are filled and the NFC card is scanned, tap the "Save" button to add the new achievement.

Members View

The Members View in the FRY Rewards app allows you to manage and add new members. Each member has a name, an account balance, a "Scan Members Card" button that associates the reward with their NFC enabled membership card, and a member photo, which activates the camera to take a photo of the member.

Adding a New Member

  1. Open the FRY Rewards app.
  2. Navigate to the "Members View" by tapping on the "Members" tab in the app's navigation menu.
  3. To add a new member, tap the "Add Member" button located at the top right corner of the Members View (plus sign icon).
  4. Fill in the required information for the member: Name and initial account balance.
  5. To associate the member with an NFC card, tap the "Scan Member Card" button and hold the card near the device's NFC sensor.
  6. To add a member photo, tap the camera button in the "Member Photo" section, which will activate the camera to take a photo of the member.
  7. Once all details are filled and the NFC card is scanned, tap the "Save" button to add the new member.

Printing Membership Cards or Exporting to PDF

  1. In the Members View, locate the member for whom you want to print a membership card or export their information to PDF.
  2. Tap the Printer icon located in the top right corner of the member's view.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to print the membership card or export the member's information to a PDF file.

Redeem View

The Redeem View in the FRY Rewards app allows you to quickly redeem points for various rewards. It features a grid of large buttons, each of which, when tapped, brings up a Scan Membership Card prompt. When the member scans their card, the points for the selected reward are automatically deducted from their account balance.

Viewing Redemption Log

  1. Open the FRY Rewards app.
  2. Navigate to the "Redeem View" by tapping on the "Redeem" tab in the app's navigation menu.
  3. To view the Redemption Log, tap the "Redemption Log" button (list.bullet.rectangle icon) located at the top right of the Redeem View.
  4. You will see a complete list of all the redemptions completed on this device.

Clearing the Redemption Log

  1. In the Redemption Log View, tap the "Clear Log" button located in the top right corner.
  2. To clear the log, you will need to authenticate using a passcode, touch ID, or face ID.

Award View

The Award View in the FRY Rewards app allows you to quickly award points for various achievements. It also has a grid of large buttons, each of which, when tapped, brings up a Scan Membership Card prompt. When the member scans their card, the points for the selected achievement are automatically added to their account balance.

Viewing Award Log

  1. Open the FRY Rewards app.
  2. Navigate to the "Award View" by tapping on the "Award" tab in the app's navigation menu.
  3. To view the Award Log, tap the "Awards Log" button (list.bullet.rectangle icon) located at the top right of the Award View.
  4. You will see a complete list of all the awards completed on this device.

Clearing the Award Log

  1. In the Award Log View, tap the "Clear Log" button located in the top right corner.
  2. To clear the log, you will need to authenticate using a passcode, touch ID, or face ID.
